Consistently good. I no longer get their dumplings because I found a dead roach in the filling a while ago. Maybe they get them made elsewhere and it's not their fault, I don't know. However, everything else I get here is good and looks sanitary to me. I'm sure the department of sanitation put them on alert when they paid a visit shortly after my concern. The people that own this take-out place are super friendly and prices are still so reasonable. Would recommend.

The food is so delicious, I will never get tired of it, i would always order some with my brother when we were 14-15. I 100% recommend
Fantastic staff and service. Food comes out quick and they give a ton of it. We ordered a variety of entrees from chow fun to tofu to general tso's chicken and beef with broccoli. All were pretty good. I thought the meat quality could have been slightly better quality given how much business they have. I also wasn't a fan of the flavor of the general tso's chicken, but that's just a personal thing. Everyone in the party had a good experience with the food.
If you want amazing Chinese food at a great price look no further cause this is the place to go. I've been coming to Kong Chen for years now. The staff is always so friendly and quick to answer a phone call when you're ordering take away. The turnaround is relatively fast. I think the longest that I've had to wait is 30 minutes for pick up. If you plan on stopping by I highly recommend getting the chicken wings with the house special fried rice. It's a great bang for your buck! This place is truly a Hampton bays staple and I'll be sure to keep going for years to come!
